Fallout 4 Frame Rate Drop In City

Clear up Fallout 4'southward stuttering frame charge per unit on Xbox One with an external hard bulldoze

If you're getting frustrated by frequent frame-rate stutters in Fallout 4 on Xbox One, you may want to try an external hard drive. Co-ordinate to multiple tests run by Digital Foundry, running Fallout 4 off of a speedier drive tin can smooth out some areas of otherwise uneven performance.

The best results come up from running the game off of an external solid-state bulldoze, which eliminates the "micro stutters" that stop you in your tracks when loading new parts of the Republic or switching weapons. If you don't want to pay up for an expensive external SSD, you should also meet some improvements from running the game off of a 7200 RPM external HDD.

Keep in mind that Bethesda volition hopefully sort out many of these functioning bug through post-launch updates - information technology took a while for Skyrim to shake off the launch jitters on console, too. Just if y'all're besides enamored with dressing up Dogmeat to expect for an update, these tips should help in the meantime.
